I’M NOT MOVING IN OR MOVING OUT; DO YOU PROVIDE HOUSE CLEANING FOR DOMESTIC HOUSEHOLDS?

We’re a flexible cleaning agency – so, yes! We offer one-off, deep cleaning services to domestic households across London. What’s more, homeowners are often so impressed with our cleaners’ attention to detail, they rebook our professional house cleaning teams for weekly or fortnightly appointments. WHAT DOES YOUR END OF TENANCY CLEANING INVOLVE?

We will conduct a thorough ceiling-to-floor clean of all rooms and hallways within the property. This will include vacuuming, scrubbing, mopping, dusting and polishing to ensure every surface is sparkling. We’ll tackle grease and limescale effectively, and – once clean – we’ll disinfect kitchen and bathroom surfaces to ensure a hygienic, germ-free environment. We will also clean interior windows, and kitchen white-goods.
We aren’t afraid to tackle hard-to-reach areas, so no surface will be left uncleaned. Before departing, the cleaning team will consult their industry approved checklist to be sure the property meets strict check-out requirements.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN CLEANING EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS?

For Office Cleaning, After Builders Cleaning, Spring Cleaning, and End of Tenancy Cleaning we supply materials and equipment.
For regular domestic cleaning we ask you to provide all cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless otherwise agreed.

IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING FOR REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING SERVICES?

All our domestic cleaning services services require a minimum booking of 3 hours.

CAN I HAVE THE SAME CLEANER EVERY TIME?

Yes, if you are happy with your cleaner, we will try and make sure you get the same cleaner every time though we cannot guarantee this due to holidays, sickness absence, and staff rotation.  If your regular cleaner is sick or on holiday we can send you a replacement.

DO I NEED TO PAY EXTRA IF I WANT THE CLEANER TO CLEAN AT THE WEEKEND?

Yes, we charge a premium if you want one of our cleaning services on a Saturday or Sunday.

HOW DO I PAY?

For one off cleaning services such as end of tenancy, after builders, and deep cleaning etc. We accept bank transfer if you have mobile banking on your smartphone or tablet.  Payment is due on completion of the service.
For regular domestic cleaning services all outstanding balances and payments carried out are payable on the day of the booking. The most convenient way is to set up a standing order for bank transfer. Our bank details are available on request.
